Yes, Our car problems were solved to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. We were given a brand new loaner car while car was in the shop. My husband and I have been shopping for a new car for almost a year. He got in touch with Chad Dodson at Sands Chevrolet, told him what we were looking for and a couple of days later, he called and said almost a year. We drove 2 hours to get to the dealer, met with Chad and test drove the car. The price was right, no long drawn out BS....and we are very happy!! My husband and I went to Sands Chevrolet because we had been to other dealers and were not happy with thier customer service. Sands Chev. is close to where we live now , so on a Saturday we went there. W been to other dealers and were not happy with thier customer service. Sands Chev. is close to where we live now , so on a Saturday we went there. We pulled in and were immediately greated by Chris, new sales. He introduced himself as did we and we were off and running. We told him we wanted a white camero. He showed us one and we test drove a convertable, not for us. So, then we got in a cart which was much better than walking out in the heat and went to an area with lots of cameros. My husband said "stop" as we passed a white one with black racing strips. Chris ran and got the key, and we test drove it. It is now in our garage. Buying a house and buying a car are the two most difficult things to do, my opinion, Sands Chev. and Chris made it a very easy process we are pleased with our experiance from picking out the car to the financing to driving away. Chris has followed up over the last week 1/2 with me and has been very helpful with the issues I've had with the computor/sterio. I'm not familiar with all the new gadgets. I look forward to coming back to Sands Chev. for all my maitenance services and they now have new, loyal customers, we are recommeding Sands to everyone who asks us, "where did we buy the car"?
