Erin was absolutely wonderful! She helped my family purchase a 2013 Chevy Spark. My parents worked with her for a few days prior to my arriving in town and they had nothing but good things to say about purchase a 2013 Chevy Spark. She wanted to make sure I got into the car I wanted for the right price. When we decided the Spark was that car she did her best to make the buying process quick and painless. She also went above and beyond to get us the add-ons we desired as part of the deal. Even since purchasing the vehicle she has kept in contact as a support. She has even worked to set things up with the dealership in North Carolina where I will return to school in a couple months. Overall I have been very impressed. We recently purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Traverse, which needed a couple of warranty items fixed. After scheduling an appointment with Matt Morzella, we dropped our Traverse off at Sands Chevrolet in Surpr needed a couple of warranty items fixed. After scheduling an appointment with Matt Morzella, we dropped our Traverse off at Sands Chevrolet in Surprise to have the work completed. Our experience with Matt was fantastic. I work for a company that puts customer service as the number one priority, and the Sands Chevrolet service department was every bit as good as my company with the customer service they provided. Everyone was extremely pleasant, and treated us very well. We decided to have some additional work done and have since been back on 2 other occasions to complete that work as well. On one of those occasions, Matt was off that day and we worked with his back-up, Victor Morales. Victor was also top notch in his customer service, as well as the gentleman in the parts department, which I'm sorry that I did not get his name at the time. We would highly recommend using Sands Chevrolet in Surprise to anyone who is looking for a dealership for service on their vehicle. We also purchased a used 2007 Silverado from Sands a few years ago, and were treated very good by the sales team as well. We are over 40 miles from this dealership, and could use 2 other Chevrolet dealerships a lot closer, but will continue to use Sands for our repair and maintenance requirements. A big 'thank you' to Matt, Victor, and all of the other employees in the service department for a 'job well done'. More
One of THE worst car buying experiences in my life (53) bar none. I let them sell me a van that 15 months later I was $6,000.00 upside down in. The financing was atrocious the first salesman was Young Rude bar none. I let them sell me a van that 15 months later I was $6,000.00 upside down in. The financing was atrocious the first salesman was Young Rude and insulting (what ever his name was) . I brought the vehicle back because of a vibration in the front end. It took 4 visits to get them to fix the problem that was (fortunately) documented before I finalized the deal. If you enjoy someone jumping on you the minute you close the door of what ever vehicle got you there and riding you like your the only thing that is keeping these guys from absolute destitution and starvation then this is the dealer for you. If you have money to waste and are looking for a used vehicle then this is the dealer for you. If you are looking for new and like a salesman that follows you around ready to lick your boots for your money then this is the dealer for you. My last visit there I was looking for a specific deal. Because I couldn't find it I walked away. (I refused to give them the keys to my vehicle) The used car manager literally chased me out the door saying "wait wait"... The FUNNY part... He had his leg in a cast and couldn't catch me... LOL!! Don't walk RUN from these guys there are better dealships in town. More
Pressured by salesman to trade in my perfectly fine 2012 Malibu LTZ for a 2013 Malibu ECO. Ensured my brand new 1600$ wheels I just bought for the 2012 a few days before would fit on the 2013, not evn true, Malibu LTZ for a 2013 Malibu ECO. Ensured my brand new 1600$ wheels I just bought for the 2012 a few days before would fit on the 2013, not evn true, two different bolt patterns. Then was told the most they could give me is 1000$ for them and said it would take a few days to cut me a check and went to collect and then told it was going to take another 2 weeks to get my money. Now I have to go wheel shopping all over again. I'm enjoying the ECO, but I was just fine with the '12 model. I just wished some salesmen wouldn't take advantage of inexperienced buyers like me. Just saying. More
As I evaluate my below three (3) 2012 purchases, from Sands Chevrolet LLC, 16991 W. Waddell Rd. Surprise, AZ 85388: 1.) May 17, 2012, New 2012, Camaro-2DR CPE 2LT, 1EH37, Odometer: 15 miles, which I Sands Chevrolet LLC, 16991 W. Waddell Rd. Surprise, AZ 85388: 1.) May 17, 2012, New 2012, Camaro-2DR CPE 2LT, 1EH37, Odometer: 15 miles, which I traded in a 2004 Nissan Sentra Odometer: 53,052 miles. Sands was to give me $5,000.00 for this car, but as can be seen, I was given only $3,000.00. Also, the odometer reading on the ADOT sheet states: 153,052 miles ( i.e. 100,000 miles added. 2.) August 22, 2012, New 2012 Camaro-2DR CONV 2SS 1ET67, Odometer: 19 miles 3.) December 7, 2012, Used 2008 Solstice Pontiac 2DR CONV 6XP, Odometer: 19,790 THEN, when I traded the above cars back, to Sands Chevrolet LLC, 16991 W. Waddell Rd. Surprise, AZ 85388; I find: 1.) August 22, 2012 the above, Camaro-2DR CPE 2LT, 1EH37, Odometer: 1963 miles. During those three (3) months and driving this car 1,948 miles, deprecated in value, $9,900.00 or at a cost of $5.08 a mile to me. 2.) January 5, 2013 the above, 2012 Camaro-2DR CONV 2SS 1ET67, Odometer: 5,859 miles, deprecated in value $22, 855.00 or at a cost of $3.91 a mile to me. 3.) March 9, 2013, the above 2008 Solstice Pontiac 2DR CONV 6XP, Odometer: 20,441 miles, deprecated in value $12,800.00 or at a cost of $19.66 a mile to me. BUT, the above is not my BIG PROBLEM, with you MR. CHEVROLET, The below lie is my BIG PROBLEM, with you MR. CHEVROLET. On December 7, 2012, Sands Chevrolet LLC, 16991 W. Waddell Rd. Surprise , AZ 85388 stated to me; if I traded in the above 2012 Camaro-2DR CONV 2SS 1ET67, and purchased the above 2008 Solstice Pontiac and a new Avalanche, my payments would be much lower than the $926.60 I am now paying for the 2012 Camaro-2DR CONV 2SS. Well, after I purchased the above 2008 Solstice Pontiac, with a monthly payment of $427.10, Sands Chevrolet LLC, 16991 W. Waddell Rd. Surprise, AZ 85388, would not HONOR the above deal that was stated to me. Now, I am the owner of two convertibles, with total payments of $1353.70 a month. Leaving Sands Chevrolet LLC, 16991 W. Waddell Rd. Surprise , AZ 85388, at closing time and while driving this 2008 Solstice Pontiac home, I realize it is a piece of junk. As a matter of fact, the door handle on the driver’s side of the Solstice pulled completely out of the door and Sands Chevrolet LLC, 16991 W. Waddell Rd. Surprise, AZ 85388 stated it would cost me $250.00 in parts alone to fix the door handle. : When I got home on December 7, 2012, I could not go to sleep all night. So, at 6:00 am, I sent the Sands Chevrolet LLC, 16991 W. Waddell Rd. Surprise, AZ 85388 SALESMAN an e-mail stating that I wanted to cancel the purchase of the above Solstice. At 08:00 am, I was at Sands Chevrolet LLC, 16991 W. Waddell Rd. Surprise , AZ 85388, begging them to cancel my purchase of the above 2008 Solstice Pontiac. NOTE: AND, I DO NOT BEG. Sands Chevrolet LLC, 16991 W. Waddell Rd. Surprise, AZ 85388 stated the following: “1.) Oh! Your credit is so good, a bank has already accepted the loan and we can not cancel. 2.) It’s all done by computer, there is nothing we can do. 3.) By Arizona law, Sands Chevrolet LLC, 16991 W. Waddell Rd. Surprise, AZ 85388, is not required to cancel your purchase of the above 2008 Solstice.” NOW, I realize why people do CRAZY things in ANGER. MR. CHEVROLET, I suggest you look at Paul Tacy’s PROFILE in “Army.togetherweserved.com” and in “Face book”, to find out exactly, what kind of rattlesnake, you stepped on, MR. CHEVROLET. I have completed a detailed synopsis-of my five (5) recent purchases, including the 2013 Silverado and the 2013 Sonic from Sands Chevrolet LLC, 16991 W. Waddell Rd. Surprise, AZ 85388. I have found errors in these transactions. My DESIRE, MR.CHEVORLET, is to meet you in an unbiased, environment and discuss my findings with your operation. I will also expect, from you MR. CHEVROLET, at this time, revised documents, without errors. Do NOT; I repeat, DO NOT have any of your BOYS call me. I will be anxiously awaiting your response, via the US Postal Service, MR. Doug, Vince (sales) and Marcus (finance) were all good guys to work with. Never pushy or rude, very atypical of car salesmen (I know, I used to be one). Great selection of late model pre-owned cars. We have been having our oil changed for a number of years. We have always been more than satisfied with the service, the prices and the lack of waiting time. Up until last Thursday. We came in for the $8.88 oil change and were quoted $24.XX. The reason given was the type of oil used on our vehicle. OK, but why were the previous oil changes given at the $8.88 rate? You have lost just one customer, but it also means you have lost a potential sale. My first car was a '55 Chevy convertible and in the last ten years I have restored and driven two '57 Chevy hardtops, so I love your classic Chevrolet displays. We also go into the used car area every time we visit. More

I couldn't have had a better experience. After everything was said and done, it only took my husband and I a total of 4 hours before we walked away with a 2013 Chevy Sonic.
