I purchased a new Traverse. As with any vehicles today there are many choices for the customer, but after reviewing all the choices I decided on the Chevy Traverse. We went to Sands Chevrolet Surprise after having a bad experience at Gates Chevrolet in avondale 2 hours earlier. This was the first time ever in dealing with a car dealership that they put you first instead of getting straight to the "car sales pitch". He made us feel comfortable and made the experience very friendly and personal. This dealership will be my go to car dealer for me and all my family and friends now. i had the best experience when dealing with erin morgan, she was able to get me into a FANTASTIC car, i was constantly driving junk cars, and got real tired of that so for my 50th birthday i decided to see she was able to get me into a FANTASTIC car, i was constantly driving junk cars, and got real tired of that so for my 50th birthday i decided to see about financing something, i didnt think my credit would allow me to do it, but erin was fantastic, she got me into a real nice little ford zx2, and i love it, because of her, my daughter was able to follow her dreams of attending NAU, and have been able to move her to flagstaff into her own apt....... the best part of that is i now have a place to go to get away from the heat in glendale...................without our car none of this would have been possibly, i thank erin with all my heart. shes the best and i look forward to dealing with her again in the future. Ken Johnson is the most kindest salesman we ever met. First of all my wife and I would like to thank Ken Johnson for going above and beyond to get us in a new car at something we could afford. The Sand Chevrolet dealer in Surprise was one of the best experiences that we have had ever in buying a car, and actually this was the second car we bought from Sands. Our first car was a Chevy Blazer, and then this one the Chevy Sonic. Both visits were great but this one was the best because we never thought that we would ever own a NEW Chevy again. The price of the car we bought was great, the payments were only $ 5.00 more then the first car we bought and that one was a used one, and we didn't even have a trade-in and the price was still great. The friendliness was out of this world, everyone we talked to or that talked to us while we were waiting was great. Everyone there made you feel good about being there, it was like talking to family. We have been passing the word about Sands, that if they needed a car all they would have to do is go to Sands in Surprise and ask for Ken Johnson and he can work wonders for you. You know overall, Sands in Surprise is the best dealership that we have ever been to and we have been to a lot looking for a car or SUV and Sands was the only one that went above what we had expected and gave us a deal well beyond any thing we had dreamed of. Now as for Ken Johnson, I'm not sure what I can say no just kidding there's a lot to say about Ken. He's one of the most friendly sales person we have ever meet, he went out of his way to get us a great deal on a NEW car. He showed us a lot of other cars and SUV s, new and used. Then even with not so good credit Ken showed us how we could get a new car that would help us stay within our budget and establish our good payment record again because of low payments. We thought that was great because other dealerships we went to didn't really concern them self's with our needs and concerns, they just wanted to put us in a car and didn't care if we lost it later down the road or not.
