I received a letter from Sands that they may be able to reduce the current interest rate on the 2006 Chevy Malibu I purchased used from them in 2011, so I made an appointment and dealt with Joe Tatman. Sure enough, my interest rate was cut in half and I drove off in a 2013 Chevy Cruze. Joe was great! I was back in for my window tint by the end of the week and dealt with Jordan in service. He was very nice and even had the nitrogen put in my tires after the tint was done although I wasn't in for my "pit stop". I really appreciated the extra miles they've gone for me. While the tint was being done, Emily Moore came by to introduce herself and go over the "pit stop" details and that she would be contacting me in a few weeks to get that set up. As with everyone else I've dealt with at Sands Surprise, Emily was very nice, personable and took the time to explain things and didn't make me feel like I was being rushed or wasting anyone's time. Joe Tatman also made time to sit down with me again while I was there to see about getting something used for my daughter. We made an appointment for later in the evening when she got off work and said they'd stay late to accommodate us. 10pm that night, my daughter drove off in her first purchased vehicle, a 2008 Chevy Mailbu. Marcus in finance didn't grumble a bit having to stay so late to get my daughter's paperwork done and signed. As with everyone else I've dealt with, he was very nice to us and didn't give the attitude of being "put out" for having to stay so late. All in all, I've spent quite a bit time at Sands Surprise recently and at no time has anyone made me feel like "You're here again?" They are all nice, professional and do their best to accommodate you in whatever capacity they can. I highly recommend this dealership on all levels and will be back when it's time to get another vehicle! More

My husband and I went in the dealership, looking for a car after leaving another dealership that was unable to meet our needs, and price point. I have been to many dealership and have had my fair share of bad experiences; because of this I am usually very pessimistic about the whole process. With that being said, I had a chance to work with Bonnie P of bad experiences; because of this I am usually very pessimistic about the whole process. With that being said, I had a chance to work with Bonnie Pinnell and I have to say it was the best experience I have EVER had! She was extremely attentive to what I and let me say that again what I wanted, She did not attempt to get me to go out of my budget range or try and show me a car that was more expensive than what I was looking for. At one point I was very wishy washy about two cars I had driven and with that she stopped the paperwork and allowed me as long as I needed to make sure I was making the right decision. I will definitely be back in 3 years when it is time for me to get a new car, I just hope that Bonnie is there still. -Bill Madewell More
