I was extremely pleased with my experience at Sands Chevrolet - Surprise. The auto sales rep who assisted me from start to finish, Gary Springer, was both knowledgeable and professional. Out of all of my auto purchasing experiences, this has been the best (by far!). All of the staff that I encountered, were courteous and helpful. I originally came in for a scheduled oil change and inspection on my 2008 Impala... and drove away in a brand new 2014 Impala!! This was totally unexpected. But due to the hard work of their sales and financing staff, I was able to trade in my 2008 Impala and upgrade to 2014... all at terms that worked for me and my budget! I am beyond impressed with my experience, and most definitely will refer as many people as I can. I know that I am a "tough customer", I know exactly what I want and at what price I can afford. I never felt pressured or like I was being "taken for a ride". As a single female, I felt completely respected and never felt as if I was being taken advantage of.
