I have to say I went in to Sands really not looking forward to going thru the typical car buying experience... But my experience was great, best one yet! There was no pressure, no run around with the prices (good cop/bad cop routine) - I told him what "I" wanted, how much I could afford monthly & what I would be able to put down and Joe really worked on meeting my requests.. He was patient with me in picking out just the right car - i went in with a certain car in mind, we test drove a few & I walked out happier with what i ended up getting than what i went in for. I would definitely refer Sands Chevy & Joe Tatman to friends!! Thank you all very much!! More

John Thomas & Joe Tatman both helped my dad and I. Joe was very friendly & professional. He was quick to get us the keys we needed to view the cars we wanted to see. Negotiated a 'win-win' price and received a rate that met my pre-arranged financing. Wrapped up remainder of process (insurance verification, finance guy, car detailing, OnStar activation, car features) in time to pick up kids from school at 2:00 PM. Five Stars. More
My salesman, David Gonzales was very personable, knowledgeable of the features of the 2014 Silverado. It was a "Great Choice". My service advisor is Matt Morzella, who is very knowledgeable, polite, and easy to talk with.
