I have to say I went in to Sands really not looking forward to going thru the typical car buying experience... But my experience was great, best one yet! There was no pressure, no run around with the prices (good cop/bad cop routine) - I told him what "I" wanted, how much I could afford monthly & what I would be able to put down and Joe really worked on meeting my requests.. He was patient with me in picking out just the right car - i went in with a certain car in mind, we test drove a few & I walked out happier with what i ended up getting than what i went in for.
