Sands Chevrolet - Surprise

Worst Buying experience ever we bought a 2014 impalla and it was the absolute worst experience we have ever had buying a car, we had bought from sands before and thought this purc we bought a 2014 impalla and it was the absolute worst experience we have ever had buying a car, we had bought from sands before and thought this purchase would go smooth , boy were we wrong!! the first car had some water spots on the hood from transport and were told to bring it in so it could be buffed out , took the vehicle in and they looked at another issue with the car but forgot to do the water spots , we took the car back again for window tinting and the water spots, once again they forgot to buff the car , on the third trip in , mind you we haven't had the car for a week yet , they buff the paint and ruin the paint on the hood by burning through the clearcoat with the buffer. they then offer to repaint the hood which you then lose the factory paint warranty. after some arguing they decided to replace the car with a new one , we go in to redo the paperwork and pick up the new car and the numbers are different, we are told that they took 4 grand off the deal , when asked where it was taken off we were simply told , off the top . ok fine we sign the papers and take the new car home "again" after the fact we then find out that the 4 grand off the top was actually them just deleting the extended bumper to bumper warranty we had on the first deal , we were lied to time and time again and will never return. More
