Great car buying experience at Sands Chevy in Surprise, AZ! We bought a 2010 Chevy Equinox SUV on July 30, 2015 from Sands Chevy in Surprise. Salesman Trey and Mgr Santana did a great job of making us feel comf We bought a 2010 Chevy Equinox SUV on July 30, 2015 from Sands Chevy in Surprise. Salesman Trey and Mgr Santana did a great job of making us feel comfortable and willing to drop the price to meet our price target. They gave me a fair trade-in value on our 2003 Toyota Corolla. The Equinox runs great. We also had one small glitch 3 days after the sale when the battery died. I took it back to Sands and they gave me a brand new Delco battery at no charge. Of course I was expecting them to do that and Service Mgr., Tom did a fast install of the battery without any questions or delays. I wanna thank Trey, Santana and Tom for their service. Out of State Purchase of 2015 Duramax Tony was honest throughout the process. Coming in from another state for a specific truck seen on the Internet, we did not want any surprises.
