untrustworthy dealership When we purchased my wife's car, first the finance guy tried to do a lesser warranty than agreed. Now it has been a month since we bought the car and they want my wife to bring it back so they can play more games. The way I see it, we have a contract and the dealership needs to respect it. If there are any changes to be made, dealership needs to make it on their side. I would've bought my new truck from them but they are not trustworthy; not even for service. As I was waiting for my truck, even one of the employees was telling me about how they install defective parts on purpose. Funny, same reason why I was there to begin with. The sales guy was ok but the dealership as a whole is not. GM should've closed this one down. More

They charged at least 60% more than my local independent mechanics (who, to be fair, do not offer "free" loaner cars). They introduced a chronic leak when changing drive train fluids; I brought it back three times but they were entirely unable to fix it. The third time, they tried to persuade me I had caused the leak myself by off-roading over rocks, despite the fact that I don't off-road. My local mechanic found and fixed the leak first time, which was on a completely different component than Sands claimed. Sands installed a new clutch that went bad within a year (the previous clutch lasted 16 years). They declined to fix it under warranty, claiming that a "nut, pin, and spring" had been removed from the clutch cable, presumably by another mechanic. My local mechanic informed me that there was no such hardware even involved in the clutch assembly, and performed a satisfactory repair. I'm sorry to have to say that I wouldn't recommend the Sands service department for any reason. More
The facility and service was outstanding i had two factory recalls to be taken care of and an air filter that needed to be replaced and they did an excellent job. The wait time was long but one recall needed to be reset and it just required time for computer to complete this. All in all it was an excellent experience. More
A great exerperience After having exceptional service in WA State from my Chev dealer I moved to the Surprise area and needed routine maintenance for my 2005 Silverado die After having exceptional service in WA State from my Chev dealer I moved to the Surprise area and needed routine maintenance for my 2005 Silverado diesel truck. My first experience was the worst I have ever had with any repair or service center, and I let them know that. In brief they made incorrect diagnosis and tried to sell me thousands of dollars of unnecessary servicing.I had no desire to go back. A new team was put in place and they reached out to me when it came time for my truck to be serviced again. I was hesitant but they assured me things had changed..and they have. The service was done on time, they diagnosed some problems and came up with a reasonable service price. No pressure to have it done right now. I needed to do research on the problem and find other possible options to get things fixed. I discovered their diagnosis was spot on, consequences of waiting were true, and pricing was fair. Things have turned around in the service dept for sure! More

Issue was fixed for an overpriced quote. Would not recommend. Take you car to a real technician who does not just replace parts but diagnose your vehicle's problem. More
