Their price was better than the tire store, and they included a free lug nut replacement because the old ones "didn't fit quite right"! They even contacted my warranty company and replaced a leaking wheel seal while waiting for the lug nuts to arrive, at zero cost to me!! The Best Service anyone could hope for. More

Please listen and don't try to sell me unnecessary service All my fluid levels were checked prior to entering service. Service department said fluid levels needed critical attention. I specifically asked them not to wash my vehicle. When I came out, they had washed my vehicle and left spots all over it. More

Absolutely terrible I have been going to this Chevy since I moved her, bought both of my two cars there. Took my brand new car in for an oil change the first time and tol I have been going to this Chevy since I moved her, bought both of my two cars there. Took my brand new car in for an oil change the first time and told them the alignment did not feel right, they said it was fine. My car was at 3,000 miles then. Took it in yesterday for my second oil change and tried to charge me for it because my "warranty did not cover it" after 6,000 miles. Of course. Will never take my car here again. I used to love Sands Chevy, but not anymore. More
