The time to fix my car did take a little long but I originally went in for just a oil change so the repairs needed were unexpected. Excellent customer service I took the brand new 16 Silverado back to Midway Chevrolet in AZ because it was shaking only to be told that it was normal and nothing is wrong so I d I took the brand new 16 Silverado back to Midway Chevrolet in AZ because it was shaking only to be told that it was normal and nothing is wrong so I drove it for a week and couldn't take it anymore. I took it to Sands Chevy in Surprise Az to Robert and didn't hear from them all day until 2pm that it was fixed. They found a TSB and did the repIr and no more shaking what a excellent service department. More
Squeaky Brakes Unfortunately, my brakes have been squeaking since shortly after I purchased my Trax. Fortunately, Henry Smith has stayed on top of tracking down t Unfortunately, my brakes have been squeaking since shortly after I purchased my Trax. Fortunately, Henry Smith has stayed on top of tracking down the problem and worked with both the technician, Service Manager, and Chevrolet to try different solutions. He has test driven the car multiple times with me and on his own. While it's been frustrating because of multiple visits, Henry's professionalism has made it easier because I have felt that he really is trying to get the problem fixed. This last visit Chevrolet recommended changing the brake shoes themselves and Henry made multiple test drives after they were replaced to make sure there was no squeaking before turning the car back to me. The problem seems to be fixed at last. But I know that if the problem returns Henry will continue to pursue a solution. I also received a loaner car this time and the rest of the staff I dealt with were also very professional and helpful. All service advisors should be as professional as Henry Smith. More
