Amazed and Grateful! I was referred by family and worked with Rob, one of their senior most sales reps. I was apprehensive to say the least as my credit was less than perf I was referred by family and worked with Rob, one of their senior most sales reps. I was apprehensive to say the least as my credit was less than perfect and there was a bankruptcy in my recent past. To further complicate matters, I had just started a new job and it was at a lower income rate than my previous positions. In many ways, I was starting over and considered a first time buyer. I was stressed out as I had to sell a 20 year old car with 170K miles in order to secure some down payment monies. With Rob's help, I was able to buy a 2014 Kia Sorento that was certified pre owned and had low miles. The entire process on a Holiday weekend took less than 3 hours. I was amazed at the personal warmth and compassion that was shown to me. You would have thought I was buying a new Vette. I am beyond grateful for the help Rob and this dealership have given me. It was a fantastic experience. Actually fun and exciting. None of the car buying horror stories. Personally and professionally it was a true pleasure and joy doing business with Sands. Thanks Rob! Excellent Service I came in for regular maintenance and a minor recall I just received. They found 2 other recalls that needed attention. Running board change I just purchased a new 2015 Silverado. The truck had sat on the lot for some time and the chrome running boards had some tarnish that the detailed cou I just purchased a new 2015 Silverado. The service department changed out the running boards and they look nice. The service writer called me and told me the truck was finished and they also washed it. I picked up the truck late, almost closing. Surprised to say the boards looked nice but the truck was still very dirty. They did not wash it. No problem except they said they did. More
