Paul (Polwak) is the bomb! We decided we needed a new car after our old Malibu blew the AC compressor. We found a car we liked (2014 Traverse) online and scheduled an appointment thru the website with Paul. We pulled in with our 15 month old daughter in tow expecting a looooong day. When we pulled in, the car was waiting for us at the curb. Took the car for a drive and loved it! It was exactly what we wanted. Negotiations took some time but when our daughter got fussy, Paul snatched her up and played with her while my wife and I had our discussion. I've had good and bad experiences when car shopping and this was one of the best. If you want a good experience, go to Sands and talk to the guys in the internet department. Paul's a rockstar! More

Lock of comunication The car was not in the best conditions. I couldn't came back the next day to fix the problem. When I did. I waited for so many hours until one of the sellers came to me and asked me how to help me and he went to check and my car was done but they did not inform me. The excuse it was that they forgot that I was waiting. I am expecting on the mail my stament to pay for the car, my first payment and I did not receieve any statement. More

I was informed that it had On-Star, Pandora, XM Radio, and a bunch more. Be properly prepared when you look at a vehicle, make sure you see what the Salesman is saying. A Truck sold without a Tow Hich, Really!! Seating Capacity is for only 2 people, no jump seats. Radio is so basic it should have been an AM pushbutton type from the 50's. I do not have a Smart-Phone, so I do not get prerecorded music I enjoy. No DVD player. The little things that a vehicle can have, this basic truck doesn't. And remember that you will have to purchase Vehicle Insurance, so figure that in the price of the vehicle for what you can afford. Always see for yourself and make mental notes about what the salesman says the vehicle has and can do before purchase. I blame myself for not being diligent when purchasing this vehicle. More

I'm giving my experience at Sands Chevy service dept. a 5 star rating due to the hassle free, smooth, and probably most important in customer service I'm giving my experience at Sands Chevy service dept. a 5 star rating due to the hassle free, smooth, and probably most important in customer service these days, 'friendly & caring' process from start to finish. I brought my Tahoe in for a regular oil change service and 'estimate' on replacing my complete a/c system due to recent failure of the compressor. I was skeptical at first, this being a 'dealership' and all the negative experiences you hear about these days. Jean Jajou was the service rep that helped me and I have to say, this lady is one of the best service advisors I've ever worked with. She reminded me of the regularly scheduled maintenance that my vehicle was due for and the fact that living in Arizona makes it more critical to have it done on time etc. Making perfect sense, she gave me options to choose from. She said she'd also have the technicians check the a/c system and give an estimate on repairs or replacement if needed. Needing my car for at least a day, maybe longer, she provided a loaner car for the time and that process was equally as hassle free and smooth, thank you to 'Heather' helping with that! Jean called me later in the day to give me the diagnosis on the a/c system, and as expected, it needed to be replaced. She gave me a VERY competitive estimate as I had two other estimates from local repair shops. Sands was not the cheapest, or the most expensive, but they were hands down, the BEST 'value' for the money. The part they used were the best quality, best warrantied, and being a Chevy repair facility, I'm sure the technicians were the best choice to do the work. So, overall, I feel I received the 'best' value for the money I spent! More
Not happy with service Was told by my advisor the service would take about an hpur. I decided to wait. Made an appointment and almost 3 hours,later I get my vehicle.
