Poor customer service My wife brought in my truck for an oil change and was told one price and then when she went to pick it up the price was more. Then when she questioned My wife brought in my truck for an oil change and was told one price and then when she went to pick it up the price was more. Then when she questioned why the difference the service guy blew up and rase his voice at her and threw the paper work at the girl at the counter making my wife feel very uncomfortable. Then when she needed a ride home he told her that it would be 2 hours. The gentleman that gave her a ride home was very nice to her and did not know why they told her it would be two hours as they had two drivers that day. Then the driver called my wife to find out if she needed a ride back. That was how she found out my truck was done. There was some resent recalls as well and when my wife asked about the trailer hitch one the service guy told her he had no idea what she was talking about so I don't know if these got looked at or fixed since he blew up at my wife and we tow a trailer alot. So as a manager of a major retailer I think this matter should be looked at and addressed. I think the guys name was victor. The girl at the counter told my wife she was a manager and gave my wife her direct line and told my wife that she would note the file that this guy would never help us again. Surprise by their promptness and great attitude. Made an appointment a week in advance. They got me in on day of appointment promptly. No high pressure pitch for services I didn't ask for,or need. Completed the requested service as promised and did a proper job. The only complaint I would voice is with the cashier. She was one of those individuals that had her nose in the air and acted as if my interruption to her morning by me wanting to pay my bill and go was a big inconvenience to her. She was so self absorbed in her smartphone and displaying her Hollywood wannabe fashion look that she was the most out of place individual in the building. You all know the type. So into herself that "me" the customer, was somehow an inconvenience to her morning. More
Very good customer service but way too long I had a 10am appointment and 3hrs later I left without my car being cleaned because I was tired of waiting.
