Oil change Had an appointment for an oil change on my 2016 camaro. It took 1 hour and 28 minutes to change the oil and filter??? Safety issues not fixed I recently brought my 2012 Camaro with 46,000 miles in for a service airbag light. After dropping it off I was told the following day that it was not I recently brought my 2012 Camaro with 46,000 miles in for a service airbag light. After dropping it off I was told the following day that it was not covered under my warranty and that my airbags would not deploy unless it was fixed. I was quoted $739 to replace the part. Not being able to afford it the service advisor said he would speak to his manager. I highly doubt that even happened and I picked up my car the following day. I find it very concerning that they didn't even offer to work with me on this issue and let me leave in a unsafe car! After speaking to several friends who work for other dealers I feel they could of done more! More

The service advisor worked hard to ensure that my car was taken car of the right way. My limited interaction with the service manager left me to believe he wanted to do what was best for me in my situation. They were quick(with a nudge) to place me into a loaner vehicle to get me going since the don't shuttle out of the general area and I work downtown. That being said, My car went back for rework over 7 times each time presenting a new issue upon pickup. The frustration level of all involved rose up a notch every time I brought the vehicle back. This was an older Chevy vehicle (early 2000's) that I brought in for repairs assuming they would have no problem at Chevy with a Chevy. Not the case. Long story short outside the service advisor floor...the level of service provided is suspect. I will say this the car now is running smooth and I have not issues it just took 2.5 months to get here and alot of "extra parts" that they covered. More

Stupid people The first salesman was good. But after that they were very rude, and completely unprofessional and thought they could just push us around. I having be The first salesman was good. But after that they were very rude, and completely unprofessional and thought they could just push us around. I having been a previous buyer form them will NEVER EVER GO BACK. Not for anything or any reason. Do not buy from this dealer go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle. And by the way this was for my wifes first ever new car. The car that we were looking at was completely dirty inside and even after they cleand it twice. I still had to have a real professional clean it just to make it look nice again. Then when they gave us the key. That's right just one key. They refused to make a spare one. When asked for 24 hours to think about price they refused. This is the only dealership who has ever refused this. I have had dealerships honor prices that we worked out the week befor. They would not even think of giving one day. Never shop here. More
