He informed me a short wh Brought my Traverse in for check up due to engine warning light staying om, Jake my service tech took care of me right away. He informed me a short while later that it was a sensor malfunction and they replace it without cost due to my warranty coverage, plus they did a 17 point check on my vehicle including a car wash. Had me back on the road in no time.GREAT SERVICE. More
Horrible service, no communication and attitude from Robert Check engine light came on brand new 2017 car and water was leaking in from back window during car washes getting the interior wet and discolored. Waiting almost 3 hours with no information but seen others were being told what was going on with their vehicles. When Robert finally came to say it was almost ready that he was going to run it in the car wash, asked if the leak was fixed he said no then asked why would you mess it up more, he said it was going to be replaced anyway. We said no car wash. Was very frustrated. Asked why the check engine light was on since he never filled us in and he said software update for sensors. Which took almost 3 hours to do. Upset that we have a brand new 2017 car that has a faulty 3rd light, the reason it's leaking and we can't even get a rental. We shouldn't have to sit there all day long or be without a car because of an issue that isn't our fault. It's a defect. When told we were leaving bad feedback on survey Robert said that was going to change everything. What did he mean by that? Worse service, is he going to make us stay there all day long or mess with our vehicle?? We were confused by that remark. Don't want to deal with him again. Wasn't good service at all and he should learn to communicate better. If it takes almost 3 hours to update sensors how long will changing the whole headliner and light take?? We have kids(toddler) and a job. Shouldn't have to sit down there all day. It's brand new and should get a rental. Just overall bad experience More

Unprofessional I have been to several dealers and other shops for service, but by far yours has been one of the worst experiences. To start off, we purchased a 2018 I have been to several dealers and other shops for service, but by far yours has been one of the worst experiences. To start off, we purchased a 2018 Equinox off the showroom floor and have been happy with the vehicle for the most part. We had an appointment for the car to be serviced under the new car service guide, this was the first oil change. We went early to drop off and was asked who the appointment was with, she didn’t remember. The service person told her he couldn’t help her and she would have to go inside. She had our toddler in the car and it would have been an inconvenience for her to get out and take him out to go inside. The person just left her there, never coming back to assist. Finally she called me and I went inside to get someone to help. What happened to common courtesy? It would have taken this person, two minutes to go in and look it up, but it was “not his job” since she didn’t know the person’s name. On a second visit we went in very early and the same thing happened. The lady asked if we could find the person’s name in our email who made the appointment to have the car detailed. My came back to the car and said she wouldn’t help her. I went up and asked why she couldn’t look it up? She stated the computers were not up yet and that detail services should not have been scheduled on the weekends. I hardly see how that is my issue and how her computer being off automatically means she can’t help me. She eventually turned on the computer and found the information, but the entire experience was extremely poor and lacking of basic customer service skills. More
