Electrical issues I appreciate the help from Mike, your service manager. He was able to track down the electrical issue with the seat in my truck and got the throttle b I appreciate the help from Mike, your service manager. He was able to track down the electrical issue with the seat in my truck and got the throttle body replaced quickly on my truck. This was the second time I brought my truck in for service both times I've been very happy with the end result. Normally I would have my husband do it but since he is deployed I needed help. He informed me a short while later that it was a sensor malfunction and they replace it without cost due to my warranty coverage, plus they did a 17 point check on my vehicle including a car wash.
