Waiting even after truck was ready They did a good job with the service performed but nobody came and got me to tell me the truck was done. I had to walk out to the service area to see They did a good job with the service performed but nobody came and got me to tell me the truck was done. I had to walk out to the service area to see my truck sitting in the pick up area. I had to point it out to my service rep who barely acknowledged me. He then looked up my vehicle info and did walk me over to the cashier. He walked away without a thank you or any sort of acknowledgement. I get better service at Toyota and Nisssan. Just sayin'. More

Electrical issues I appreciate the help from Mike, your service manager. He was able to track down the electrical issue with the seat in my truck and got the throttle b I appreciate the help from Mike, your service manager. He was able to track down the electrical issue with the seat in my truck and got the throttle body replaced quickly on my truck. This was the second time I brought my truck in for service both times I've been very happy with the end result. Normally I would have my husband do it but since he is deployed I needed help.
