I was teamed up with Jean again who is very outstanding at customer service. Not only is she a professional but she is also friendly and caring. Expensive but well worth it every time. Had a serious knock sensor problem and could not get through emissions. Bought sensors at orielly auto parts bwd brand and did all the work myself to Had a serious knock sensor problem and could not get through emissions. Bought sensors at orielly auto parts bwd brand and did all the work myself to spec. Code came back few days. Later. Decided go for it again because parts had lifetime warranty and codes came back a second time. After swallowing my pride I decided to take it to the good ol boys at sands Chevy. $900 bucks later my check engine light is off and trucks running great. Moral of the story buy factory parts only from dealer and yeah it may be expensive to have them do the work but you'll thank yourself down the road. 2002 Chevy avalanche. More
