Jean is awesome, We had 2013 Equinox in for regular maintenance. There were a couple items requiring repair that the staff pointed out. No one wants to help I called the supervisor to discuss a matter on my Camaro. The dealership had put a block on my warranty. Yes, the dealership not GM. Very well organized facility My first time to this dealer. They assigned me to Robert, who was very detailed and organized in the process of ensuring I understood everything, esp My first time to this dealer. Beautiful show room with in incredible collection of 50s Chevy's and about 6 collector Corvettes on display. Robert explained recommended preventative maintenance which I was happy with (because the last dealer I worked with was way overboard on recommendations, which I turned). I have an appointment for doing what Robert recommended, and he is even giving me a price price break. More
