Great Service & service rep Henry was very attentive and kept me apprised of the repair progress. Not a good experience. Salesman was excellent. Finance didn't seem to know what he was doing, and when all was said and done we had difficulty with registration. This was a Salesman was excellent. This was a two new car purchase and I expected this to be a pleasant experience for not only myself, but for my two granddaughters. If they had no seriously wanted these specific cars, I would have walked out. It literally took months to get finance and registration issues resolved. I see the salesman is no longer listed as an employee. That's unfortunate, he did a good job despite the appearance of walking on thin glass around management at the dealership. I will not do business with this place again, and will certainly not recommend this dealership to anyone! More

He was professional and tried his best to get what we wanted. I would greatly recommend Sands Chevy to anyone with their great staff, the environment was clean and vibe was positive. In the end I got a new 2018 Trax which I’m thankful for and thanks Sands Chevy, you rock!!! More

Courteous and Efficient I arrived at the dealership without an appointment after being told by the towing company that my battery was bad. The service department was really I arrived at the dealership without an appointment after being told by the towing company that my battery was bad. The service department was really busy, but I was met almost immediately by Robert who was courteous and efficient, and I had my car back, after a service, a new battery and a car wash, within a couple of hours. Also, I think the use of Uber drivers to pick up and drop off customers with an anticipated long wait, is a great idea. Who could ask for more?? More
