Finally bought my first car! I had a few appointments set up at other dealerships, but when I saw Sands Chevrolet Surprise's newspaper ad for a new 2016 Malibu for $16,000, I had I had a few appointments set up at other dealerships, but when I saw Sands Chevrolet Surprise's newspaper ad for a new 2016 Malibu for $16,000, I had to go in immediately. When I began my car search, this was the deal I wanted to find by the end of my search, and my dreams were coming true! I was connected with Michael Carver who was willing to text, which worked best for me at the time, and he guaranteed me he could do that deal without a trade-in. I forgot to ask what trim came at that price, so when I arrived I quickly figured out it was for the basic L, who wants that? Michael was very friendly though, and showed me every car he had on the lot that I might be interested in, new and used, instead of jumping right into something. I started to narrow it down, and he let me take a car on a test-drive by myself, which is someone I want to deal with. I really loved that. He showed me another car, same model, but silver instead of blue velvet, that he said was cheaper. I don't know by how much, I should've asked, shoot. There was over 6,000 miles on the silver one, which I didn't like, but when I went to open the hoods of each car, I didn't burn myself on the silver one. I was willing to sacrifice miles to avoid Arizona third degree heat burns. While doing paperwork, and filling out rebates, Michael asked several times if I needed anything to eat or drink, even when I declined a few times. I love a man that wants to feed me ;). He explained the process, assisted me in negotiating, and made sure all my questions were answered. Things took a slight wrong turn when I went to financing though. I worked with Rich (I don't remember his last name), and he was unwilling to negotiate my interest rate, which was a little frustrating. I know he could've, but wanted his bonus I bet. I have fantastic credit for someone my age, and I could've gotten a better deal there, but I was anxious to get my new car at that great price!!! Then they moved me over to the insurance department, who almost took care of everything for me except my authorization - quick, easy, and painless. Unfortunately, while doing a final inspection, Michael and I noticed some aesthetic problems that we didn't notice before. Thankfully, Michael has personally taken care of all the issues but one in a timely manner. At the end, it wasn't the deal I came in for, but it was the best deal I could've made for the same car anywhere else, and I am happy with that. I'm extremely pleased with my salesguy, Michael. He was friendly, respectful, attentive and super helpful, even though it was my first car buying experience, I was by alone and a young woman, and he could've tried to take advantage of me, like a lot of salesmen I've talked to throughout my search. It was a breath of fresh air to find someone that took me seriously, and wanted to help me purchase what I wanted and needed! Thank you Sands Chevy Surprise! More

We arrived at our appointment and our sales man had our vehicle up front and waiting for us to view and test drive. He quickly took notes on our trade in's. We were given a no haggle price that was fair. It was by far our easiest car buying e experience. Friendly salesman really took car of us. Thanks Sands!! More

First oil change I was told when I made the appointment "as well as the oil and lube my truck would be washed and tire rotated and the service would take 1.5 hours'. W I was told when I made the appointment "as well as the oil and lube my truck would be washed and tire rotated and the service would take 1.5 hours'. When I arrived the service rep informed me they could not wash my truck because dualies can not fit in the car wash, I asked about a hand wash the rep said it would take another 1/2 hour putting the total time to 2 hours, I declined stating 2 hours was too long. The service took just over an hour, plenty of time to do the wash. On my drive home from the dealership I notice a noise coming from the rear wheel, after inspection, I noticed the valve extensions on my rear dualies had not been reattached to the hub caps and one of the valves was leaking. I needed to remove the hub caps and reattach the valve extensions. Also the invoice did not state the brand or type of oil used. More

Great sales team at Sands.. Erwin Dacancy and Thomas Hughes I stopped in to the dealership the other day just to look at trucks, I was not really ready to buy. But I bumped into Erwin D. who quickly was willing I stopped in to the dealership the other day just to look at trucks, I was not really ready to buy. But I bumped into Erwin D. who quickly was willing to take me around the lot and show me vehicle after vehicle and not in a pushy matter. As a so-called famous pilot (http://LightSportMan.com) I dont like pushy salesman or salesman not knowing the details of the trucks, loans etc.. Yep then one of the trucks got my eye and then I met with Thomas Hughes who also talk to me about the truck, my trade-in and talk to me about my financing. again NOT PUSHY at all... we talked for a long time and I did not feel pushy into a deal at anytime.... both of them were great and should give classes to others salesman's on how to close a deal without pushing your client... After making the deal Thomas talked to me a few times about stuff on the truck.. funny most of the time salesman dont talk to you after the sale is dont but NOT Erwin or Thomas is about two weeks now and the support keeps coming... I am telling everyone to goto them!! More
