Engine light on!!! I found out that I needed a new water pump and engine fuel pump along with some other repairs that had to be taken care of and Jean did a terrific job I found out that I needed a new water pump and engine fuel pump along with some other repairs that had to be taken care of and Jean did a terrific job in guiding me through all of the repairs (including getting a rental car). Using the latest tecnology ! Wow ! Got checked in in about 3 minutes for an oil change. Jake (my service writer) was using their newest technology....an IPad for checking custome Wow ! I was asked to review my Experience Every time I have service done (oil change) at Sand's Chevrolet in Surprise, they seem to find a leak. Two of them in this case. The one, I can't remember what they said it was on the phone and do not see it on my paperwork. The other they said was an oil leak. On the phone they said, on a scale of 1 to 10, my oil leak was an 8. On the paperwork it says a 6 or 7. They made it seem that was bad and needed fixed now. If it was that bad, shouldn't there be some sort of evidence of a leak somewhere. There were no fresh drops of any kind, and have not been for months, on my driveway. Not since I had the transmission leak I knew about fixed. I even had 2 other people confirm there were no new drops on my driveway, before I picked the Avalanche up that night. They explained to me that it was a horizontal leak. Seriously? When the car is sitting, the leak still needs to drip down, gravity. Especially, if it is as bad as they are saying. They offered to put the Avalanche up on the lift and show me. That's fine. They can do that. But it still does not mean the leak was there before I took it in. If I see leaks now, they will fix them for free, because the leaks were NOT there before I took it in. More
