Horrible customer service! I’ll make this fast since I could care less about this place. Spent over 10 min in service bay as numerous employees walked by. Accidentally signed up for $32 oil change but Mentioned the $12 deal and Robert Wolf signed me up for that. Came to pick up car and stood at Roberts desk and he continued to look at screen asking what I needed. I told him uh I’m here to pick car up and still without looking up he asked what my name was. He handed me the bill and it was $44 and I said uh I wanted the online special we discussed and he replied “do you have a coupon”?. I grabbed my phone and started to go online and he immediately said no you have to physically have the coupon in your hand which I replied it’s on your website like we discussed how am I suppose to print that. Robert turned around and started to walk toward the cashier saying “that’s why they put a print button on the screen”. Uh ya some customer service there with smart xxx comments. I don’t mind paying or having things explained to me but there is no need for smartass comments. My family buys company cars and trucks from here but not anymore. More

Very bad experience more than once I would like to be able to go to a dealer that is not constantly trying to get me to pay to have them provide services which are not needed. Especiall I would like to be able to go to a dealer that is not constantly trying to get me to pay to have them provide services which are not needed. Especially when they use scare tactics to do so. Telling someone your lucky your wheels have not fallen off is not a good approach. I felt duped into purchasing new hubs for my truck when it drove just fine. Honesty is the best policy. It takes years to build trust and moments to destroy. I spoke with the service director at Sands Chevrolet Surprise and he did not help me or call me as he promised he would. Had my truck back three times now and brakes still squeal like a Mac truck coming to a stop. Another bad mark. I wish I could get a call from the GM at Sands or from. Not bad, not great. I went here to get something fixed under warranty and therefore didnt have to pay for anything. I appreciate the work they did, but the service person I went here to get something fixed under warranty and therefore didnt have to pay for anything. I appreciate the work they did, but the service person who helped me was very pushy about making me apply for a credit card so I could get something in my car fixed that would’ve cost $420. I kept telling her no but she kept pushing and I nearly was late for a test at school! She really wanted me to get service taken care of there, but I knew it would be more expensive. I know dealers upcharge like crazy, but I got the same thing fixed for $250 so the $200 price difference is a little ridicukous More

Love my chev I love the team at sands..Victor looked after the detail of my service request. Seems that my battery had gone dead. Victor was very knowledgeable, and assured me the car would be ready early AM. Victor ordered a Uber car for a ride home.. I also requested a oil and lube as well as tire rotation.. I was surprised when the invoice was presented that the new battery was no chg. And Victor had given me an extra discount on the charges. It is always nice to have the car washed by Sands. More
