Good service, but there were definitely some flaws. I was billed for everything that I had asked for, in addition to a balance and rotate on my tires. I had only asked for a rotation. Liar Liar!!! I schedule an appointment for my car to get looked at due to it shaking and cutting off randomly. My car hasn't had an issues before and I love my 2013 Cruze LS. I came to this location right after working a 12 hour shift from work and I was planning on being here for a while. Something told me that this wasn't going to go good. when I pull in a guy greets me (ROBERT) he asked my name and for my car information I 've had schedule this appointment 3 days prior and he couldn't find my name nor the appointment, good thing I printed out the copy of my scheduled appointment and time. Next a few hours go by and I still haven't heard anything about what is going on with my car. ROBERT returns with news about my car he states that the mechanic couldn't find anything wrong with my car?? Hmm.. But ROBERT said that he'll keep the mechanic looking for the problem with my car. Another 3 hours go by I haven't seen anyone to tell me anything about my care again.. ROBERT pops up again and tells me that its my starter and fuse box??? But the parts are in California and that my car will have to stay over night perhaps a few days with them. I couldn't have my car stay for overnight nor a few days I let him know that I have a family emergency to attend to that's in another state I would need to be leave tomorrow morning after work. ROBERT walks away and states that he will talk to his mechanic and see what they can do. Now I know that I am young but one things is that I don't like being lied to nor taken advantage of. I drive a standard stick shift car not an automatic. Which would tell you that I'm kinda different girl. So then when I speak back to ROBERT I told him that I would just leave and have to wait to get my car fixed while I go take care of my family emergency. ROBERT stated that my car wouldn't make it and just trying to scare me into getting my car fixed right then and there! Ugh I got upset. Then when I'm about to pay and walk out the door ROBERT tells me that the parts that they need to fix my car are in CHANDLER, AZ and that my car will be fixed and ready by 5pm today. He first told me that they were in California and that my car would have to stay overnight and now they're in CHANDLER , AZ well chandler is not CALIFORNIA! I'm not stupid nor dumb! ROBERT was wrong for lying to me and taking advantage of me just because I'M YOUNG. Also my car is still staking and cutting off. I hardly think that they really fixed my car! I'm not a happy customer at all. More
