Disappointed After picking up my car I heard a noise under the hood. My husband opened the hood and the cover to the air cabin filter had not been put back on and After picking up my car I heard a noise under the hood. My husband opened the hood and the cover to the air cabin filter had not been put back on and the hood was shut on it and broke it into pieces. I called the next day and spoke with a manager was told to come back in I did but the service man wasn't there that day so another gentle took my name and said it would be ordered. I called 2 days later because no one called me I spoke with my service guy and no one left him a note or anything just the broken parts on his desk. My part was finally ordered. Also a front end element was done but now my car pulls to one side horribly when it didn't do that before. Very disappointed with my service this time. Robert was always very friendly , just not happy with the final results. More

2016 Ford Fusion Initial service was good. Low stress working with internet sales department. Part of deal was to have tint put in vehicle. It took a phone call a day Initial service was good. Low stress working with internet sales department. Part of deal was to have tint put in vehicle. It took a phone call a day and finally 7 days later speaking with the internet sales manager to finally get it done. Detail job on vehicle was poor, water spots all over the vehicle. Will need to be professionally cleaned. More
