Brought it into Sands and Michael made it absolutely painless, turns out it was a fluke but he checked the entire system and car to make 100% sure all was well before sending us on our way. I would and will 100% bring my vehicle back there for any maintenance and/or issues! They were wonderful, he said it would take 1.5-2 hours and we were in the car on our way home at roughly 1.75 hours! More

Oil leak under my Duramax I noticed an oil leak under my truck recently and stopped at Sands to make an appointment. Went in looking for Jean Jajou who helped me last earlier. I noticed an oil leak under my truck recently and stopped at Sands to make an appointment. Went in looking for Jean Jajou who helped me last earlier. She scheduled it for Friday AM. Awful will not go back I first went on to the lot to get my first car and it up in a 2006 Vue loved it but before I can make the first payment I had dumped way too much mone I first went on to the lot to get my first car and it up in a 2006 Vue loved it but before I can make the first payment I had dumped way too much money back into it was total lemon their solution was to put me in a 2017 Cruze . They told me that this Cruise had rebate so I wouldn't be upside down from the Saturn which they lied about I ended up almost double the value of the cruise upside down in it. It has something called Auto Stop which is so stupid because when it's 120 degrees outside and you come to a stop light your air conditioner shuts off car has no power with the AC on. And within the first week of me having it it was back into the service center because the entire stereo system mix froze. They are all lying Crooks the only person out of that entire place that was worth a xxxx is Henry in the service department he was the only one that was willing to work with me that would explain things that wasn't an xxx. More

Emissions Canaster Solelnoid Valve After parking in garage I was smelling gasoline fumes. Called Jake and he got me in right away. After diagnosis they discovered the purge valve was After parking in garage I was smelling gasoline fumes. Called Jake and he got me in right away. After diagnosis they discovered the purge valve was stuck open and there was a saved code indicating the evaporative emission canister solenoid valve is not working. The original estimate was over $500. After reasearching emissions warranty (2012 with 55,000 miles) found there was a special coverage adjustment for the canister solenoid. This saved me over $250 - thanks Jake! More
