Took my car in today for issues with my radio turning off on its own. Rob Hernandez called me and said that it's a software issue and it needed to be re-set, I asked what the cost would be he said $480.00, I on its own. So, he wanted to get me for $500 and then when I declined, he figured he would throw a lower number at me to get the business. This is exactly why I hate dealerships; they will xxxx you for every penny so untrustworthy I don't know how these guys lay their head down on the pillow at night with a clear conscious. I went to pick my car up and he still charged me $200 for diagnostics!! Figuring he would get me this way, mind you I purchased 2 cars from them in the past on the same day!! This is the thanks I get!! Beware of Sands Chevrolet in Surprise, they will xxxx you!!! I would never recommend anyone to them ever. More

I would waste my time. They have the highest " fees" I have seen at a dealership and they refuse to give you numbers over the phone.
