The rating really should be ZERO. I switched my three vehicles here when they opened the dealership and have been pleased with service until today. I made an appointment for an oil change for my Tundra a week ago for 0915 and indicated that I would wait at the dealership for the vehicle. When I arrived, I was told that what I made was not an appointment but it was a "drop off" time and it would be up to 4 hours until my vehicle would be ready. In the past, I may have waited an hour and 30 minutes, but no more than that. I checked on the vehicle after two hours and it was still parked outside. They told me I was next and a short time later moved the vehicle inside. It took two more hours to complete the oil change and my vehicle was finally ready after four hours and twenty minutes. Mind you this was with an appointment! I will no longer give my business to Sandia Toyota as they have demonstrated that customers and good customer service are no longer a priority for them. More
