Had appt for 30K service. Service advisor Richard was courteous and professional. I purchased the 3 oil change package for $165 (he said that a single oil change w/ tire rotation was $89.99). I was told courteous and professional. I purchased the 3 oil change package for $165 (he said that a single oil change w/ tire rotation was $89.99). I was told a 2-2 1/2 wait; I waited 3 hours. After 1 1/2 hours was told that an air filter change/brake line flush/fuel injection flush was going to cost me an additional $394 w/ tax! I declined the additional services and will just go to a reliable, fair-priced mechanic in my area that I used to patronize. I would think that the service advisor could have at least mentioned a rough estimate beforehand knowing what services are recommended at 30K. What a rip off; I have never been asked to pay this much, even for a Nissan or Mercedes. Furthermore, the mechanic was a slob with my car and left dirty handprints on my clean door and console, and shoeprints on my beige carpet, despite having "sanitized" certain areas of the interior due to covid. I try to be accommodating whenever possible, but this visit left much to be desired. Only purchased my vehicle here because one of the employees is a family friend. More
