He quickly went into the office where I would sign my paperwork. A man later appeared and had a look about him as if I had caused a huge inconvenience. The man did not appear to enjoy his job, have any such people skills, nor did he have any type of conversation skills. The man barely spoke to me. Except to tell me I had signed the wrong area. I attempted to bring up a change of address, however, it fell upon deaf ears. I understand I’m not going to a dealership to make a life long friend. It is however still a business. It was at that point I felt that I was just another signature and a paycheck. More

Everything from the sales rep to the finance department was open and professional. They were very professional with the entire process. The building was also very clean and well maintained.
