I have been very impressed by the level of professionalism from the sales department. After being low-balled on our trade by another dealer, Sandia Toyota really stepped up to at least offer w professionalism from the sales department. We bought our truck from Brendan and he was great and down to Earth! The service department is great as well. They hire factory trained technicians and I know that results in better service and less headaches when I do have to take my Toyota into the shop (which is pretty rare compared to other cars).
