Initially was greeted by friendly staff. However when I came to pick up my vehicle, I was let down to see that is wasn’t washed, as I got into my vehicle and turned it on I realized that you’re staff had l came to pick up my vehicle, I was let down to see that is wasn’t washed, as I got into my vehicle and turned it on I realized that you’re staff had left my lights on while it sat in the lot for a few hours... To top it off as I was driving home on the freeway my hood flew open as it was not pushed down and closed by your staff. Was very dangerous as it flew open while I was driving on the fast lane on freeway and I hadn’t to pullover immediately and luckily did not have an accident. I AM VERY LET DOWN WITH THIS!!! More
