They did a decent job this time with my routine oil change and tire rotation. Minus the fact the tires were not rotated correctly wondering how I might know this? Because i had a blow out a while back and i have a brand new tire on the vehicle. I corrected the rotation myself after paying for it at home. Also got home to notice a greasy oily hand print on my freshly washed and waxed passenger side door. 👎🏼 Last time I had my oil changed, tires balanced, and rotated the certified tech failed to mentioned he cracked my wheel center cap it two places either removing it or putting it back on who knows. I didn’t make a big deal out of it and replaced it myself. Another thing that really irritates me is when excess oil isn’t cleaned off or wiped once the oil change is complete. Also replacing the oil filter door on my TRD skid plate does not require the four little screws to be put on with an impact. Upon removal on my own i noticed the threads looking pretty rough and i had a very difficult time removing them. They are supposed to only be torqued to 21 ft-lb. When my concerns were brought to the service mangers attention this time around, he said that he would make sure to take extra care of my truck. I paid $155 for oil change, tire balance check and rotation I think thats a lot. I’m also not asking for special treatment but goodness take your time make sure the simple job is done correctly and take pride in the job you do and don’t create more work for me in the end. In the end this dealer service dept is better than the other Toyota service dept. More
