The representative, Dave, did a good job explaining what my car needed and in attempting to speed up the service because I was stuck at your facility. I live too far away for shuttle service. Excellence at it's finest! I felt genuinely taken care of by every person I met. Brittany (my saleswoman) met me in the parking lot and helped me so much by answering all my questions and came out swinging with the deals offered by Larry H. Miller and the incentives on the vehicles I was looking at. I would recommend you ask for her personally if you're at the I-40/ Eubank location (10/10 stars). Rodney in sales was informative and transparent with any and all "number$" questions I had and made me feel comfortable in a place where most dealerships fall short (10/10 stars). Saundra at the front desk, (who was an absolutely delightful person to talk to) helped me find who I was looking for and didn't rest until she helped me get what I needed (10/10 stars). Nanette, (who again was so polite) helped me by taking my new baby to the detailers to have it cleaned and shined up and had it looking like a dream (10/10 stars). Also a big shout out to the guys who helped clean my new car, if I knew your names, they would be on here too for sure (10/10 stars). Thank you Larry H. Miller, and everyone working so hard to make our dreams a reality. Thank you, and God bless -Robert More
Stumbling Blocks, Obstacles, Poor Internal Communication I had finally found the used car I wanted: 2-door Japanese made & after the test drive, decided to take it. The young lady salesperson was pleasant. I had finally found the used car I wanted: 2-door Japanese made & after the test drive, decided to take it. The young lady salesperson was pleasant. Troubles started after I bought the car. Instead of paper copies of the $5,000. warranty I paid for, I was handed a zip drive; that makes it hard to study the terms of the plan & figure out what was covered. The car had no owner's manual. It had a sophisticated Kenwood stereo, but no owner's manual for that either. I even had to struggle to open the trunk,,,no owner's manual to help? I got a temporary registration from the dealer & was told the registration & license plate would arrive in the mail. 2 days before the temp. registration expired...nothing. I went into the dealership who explained that there had been a hang up at the bank. Bank??? I paid cash for both the car & warranty. I was given a 2nd temp. registration. As it too was about to expire & my insurance company sent me notice that the car could not be found as registered at Motor Vehicles, I called the dealership this time. Now, the dealership was having problems getting the title to the car & was not yet able to register it. Title?? How can you sell a car without a title?? The unregistered car with outdated temp. sticker was in my carport when the COVID virus hit & shut down Motor Vehicles & the dealership itself! 6 weeks later, I got a call from the dealership; they had the title & claimed it was delayed because it was sent to the former owner, not them; there were problems in the state where the car was first purchased, and so on. But Motor Vehicles was still closed & nothing was done. Finally, upon Motor Vehicles re-opening, the dealership called me. They were ready to go, but the smog test had lapsed. It was four months after I bought the car. They also said they needed proof of insurance, but I had already supplied that at the time of the sale. A worker was to pick up the car & take it to the dealership for the smog & to (once again) copy down the insurance info. As for insurance & my address, the dealer couldn't look any of that up. The employee who called & worker were at a disconnect; due to poor pronunciation, poor communication or both, the worker went to the wrong address. After calling me & a couple of back and forths, the car was picked up, smogged, & returned. Even though I left the proof of insurance on the passenger's seat, the dealership called me AGAIN to say they needed proof of insurance! Explaining the situation, the caller then said the car needed to be smogged. Wasn't that what it was picked up & then dropped off for???? The whole experience was an amateurish frustration and awful display of very poor internal communication. Ugh! I won't be back & am sorry I bought the service warranty. More

Had an appointment and they were on time. listened to my concerns with the car. Parking brake was weak, tension needed adjusted; and the completed that. Checked my electrical plug out. Professional, and kep concerns with the car. Parking brake was weak, tension needed adjusted; and the completed that. Checked my electrical plug out. Professional, and kept me updated on status. Definitely recommend Toyota service to others. It was closing time so maybe that is why they didn’t do a quick clean. I thought when you brought it in for scheduled service they washed it, windows and a little inside wipe down. No biggy, you all might not do that service anymore or maybe it was to late. Just a comment no negative concern. Thanks. Overall excellent! More
