Service is always great at this dealership; however, clerk that was assisting me did not have his PPE on correctly. Clerk was wearing a face mask but only covering his mouth and not nose. I was not comfortable being so close in a small kiosk with this being the case. I also feel that toyota should move away from requiring a signature as it made it impossible to maintain social distance. There was also no discussion on sanitizing high touch items such as my key fob. Overall disappointed in the sloppy measures this dealership has taken regarding Covid-19. More
