Terrible The dealer scheduled me a time to bring my Tundra in for call work. I brought my truck a d they said it would be 4-5 hours to do the work. After 5 h The dealer scheduled me a time to bring my Tundra in for call work. I brought my truck a d they said it would be 4-5 hours to do the work. After 5 hour I called twice to find status. Both time stays was not available. I got passed to the service rep and left a message. No response. right before closing called again and finally got the service rep. He said he could not get to get to my truck today. He said they over booked. I am sure he knew by noon time that they were not going to get to my truck. So my truck sat there all day and and don't know if he was ever to going to call me on status. I went pickup my truck and talked to the new Lane manager. He said he was trying to fi things and it would not happen again. I doubt it. Toyota has the worst service record of all car manufactures. My warranty. runs out in 4K miles and can't to take it my truck to an indecent dealer. More

Battery Killer Had oil service done on a car that never needed a jump start, pick it up and it needed a jump start. had to buy a new battery.
