I dropped of my truck for service before 8am and didn’t bother to get it in. Had to go back and pick it up after 2pm and waste my day. Anthony was not the person I dealt with initially, so my rating is a bother to get it in. Had to go back and pick it up after 2pm and waste my day. I’ll try my luck at American Toyota, but I don’t plant to ever do business with the Toyota at Eubank. I used to take other Toyota vehicles I used to own for service so they lost a long-time customer. Our regular service writer wasn't there. Estavon (???) helped us tremendously. It was 4:00 in the afternoon. Dave (???) didn't want anything to do with us. Customer service use to be amazing. Now when you call to make an appointment, they are so rude and not helpful. They act like calling in is Manson them work harder. And once I got to the drive in to drop o make an appointment, they are so rude and not helpful. They act like calling in is Manson them work harder. Just “what’s the name?” I always get a car wash after, and they also ask if it’s ok, this time, no wash and I explained to them that’s ok but don’t mark on my papers it’s done. Gary Bui apologized and asked someone to run it thru, he was the only professional one that day towards me. My last visit was the same. Customer service here is going down everytime. Maybe there wont be a next time for me? Just trying to give people the benefit of the doubt. We will see. They took all my stuff out of my compartment to check the air filter and didn’t put it all back. Just threw it on the floor. And I’m not sure what else they did but my car was sooooo dusty inside. I have black leather inside so it was very noticeable. Very bad service. I’d suggest if your not happy where you work, don’t be in the front with customers. We pay for the service, and it’s not free so why the attitude. More
