Good dealership. We were able to find what we wanted and complete the purchase. I like that the salesman, Manny Delgado, had been with the dealership for a long time and understood our needs. I was continually disappointed with my experiences Larry H Miller Toyota dealership. I have been a customer for many years and have never had the difficulty, frustration, time and money taken away from my H Miller Toyota dealership. I have been a customer for many years and have never had the difficulty, frustration, time and money taken away from my own business and customers. I am a business owner myself and what was supposed to be a day of a recall repair and simple oil change ended up costing me two days of delay to my own business, family, and home schooling for my son. The first issue began when I was not contacted by anyone to let me know my car was ready to be picked up. This was a Saturday not knowing if the repairs were even complete I had to wait till Monday to even speak with anyone who actually could give me any relevant information because the service department had closed. My husband and I had to share a vehicle which was inconvenient to say the least we also had to reschedule our customers appts so we could go pick up my vehicle at your dealership. On Monday we went first thing my vehicle was ready but would not start which had never been an issue since I have had it 2015. Instead of checking it to make sure everything was ok a service rep just jump started it. I took it home and later tried to drive it and it again would not start. I called first thing the next day and spoke to Tammy who was kind, professional, and reassuring. However the tow truck came 2 hrs later than promised we called ahead of time to pick up the loaner vehicle and still waited over an hour to even leave your dealership. From the time we left your dealership maybe 10 minutes later I got a call from a service person saying my vehicle was ready to be picked up and I had till 6 to bring the loaner car back. This was after 4pm. Again an inconvenience that could have been avoided. The issue was communication there was none between the dealership and me (the customer ) nor among team members and staff. I almost went to a local business to have the other repairs done because I could barely afford the over $ 600 of additional repairs your dealership recommended. But because I believed your dealership was going to take care of me as a customer and also to avoid additional time and exposure during this pandemic I decided to go with your dealership. I appreciated the no charge to the battery but felt it was not compensation enough for the time and money it cost my own business. Most these issues I believe could have been avoided if the proper communication and extra effort on your part has been done. I regret to say that I doubt I will go back to you for service. I hope these issues are addressed so that other customers can benefit from a better experience and customer service. More
