I think that Sandia Toyota (formerly Larry H. Miller Toyota) Service Department is outstanding. I was there for an oil change and the Service Dept was exceptional-as always! I was in and out quickly and efficiently! I bought a Toyota RAV4 in 2017. I would go to both ABQ locations. I moved out of state in 2020 and recently tried selling my Rav as I needed something bigger. Unfortunately when the I would go to both ABQ locations. I moved out of state in 2020 and recently tried selling my Rav as I needed something bigger. Unfortunately when the dealership attempted to assess my vehicle I had a falsified odometer and service reported showing my vehicle at 140000+ miles (when it's less than half that). I called the dealership who let me know the Service Tech (Ray Macias) was the one the entered it. Well almost 3 months later and Ray has ignored my calls and no one can help me. Would not recommend any of my family or friends to go there. They are sketchy and falsify service records. More

Experienced uncomfortable pressure to add on additional protection features from Eddy, who finalized payment of my purchase. I was somewhat dismayed by the dealer policy requiring vehicle to be picked up within 48 hours of arrival on the lot due to a large snowstorm which made picking up the vehicle within this time frame quite challenging. Overall the experience was positive, especially given that I had waited nearly four months to be in receipt of the vehicle. More
