Joseph showed me the 3 on the lot and took me for a test drive. He showed me how to use the running boards (I am an old lady!) and because I live so close, he drove the vehicle home for me. I did not trade in my Scion because CarMax offered me $4,000 and LHM offered me only $1,000. All in all, my experience was great. Thank you. More
I brought my car for service. I was surprised when I was told i needed a new battery which I didn’t think I needed one because the battery in my car was not even three years old and I was not having proble told i needed a new battery which I didn’t think I needed one because the battery in my car was not even three years old and I was not having problems. Really unsatisfactory prep. Windows not cleaned, glue from tags still there, inside of windshield not clean.. Costco rules not followed in any way. Service pretty much sucks. I brought my RAV4 in for a fuel tank recall. First time, they didn’t have the right parts. After waiting all day, I got my car back, unrepaired....and less $10 . The service guy STOLE a $10 bill out of the console. They told me they’d call me when the right parts came in. Never got a call....3 weeks later, I called and got an appointment. “4 hours” turned into 8....the car was ready 1 hour after they told me it’d be ready(after 7 hours)....and it had no gas. “Mel Rosas” the service guy had told me they’d fill it up. Then they tried the “it’s late and we have no one to take it for fuel”. Now I’m waiting for some other guy to take the car and get fuel. Not a satisfied customer here. More

I worked with Rudy on a new Sienna, he was clear and prompt during negotiations. I have bought over 10 news vehicles in 30 years. This was one of a few pleasant transactions I have had. You can expect Rudy to be professional, polite and very reasonable. He made such impression on me that I drove 3.5 hours to buy from him. I would strongly recommend him. More
