I was there to inquire on how to turn in a lease car that I have. I had the contract with me. It gave me the purchase value. They wanted me to pay nearly $3000.00 more than what the contract said. What they were doing is them buying the car from Toyota and selling it right back to me for the high price. They even had me fill out a credit application. It struck me as odd as I wanted to pay cash for it. What they did was dishonest. I let there knowing what they tried to do to me. I went to the LHM dealer. He gave me an 800 number to call. They are sending me the paperwork to purchase it. I have purchased 6 Toyota's and 5 Lexus's in the past 2-5 years. That is the last time I will to do business with Sandia Toyota and the Company that owns them. Your Finance manager was in on this also. More
Everthing went very smoothly. Roberto was extremely efficient and took care of my car's needs. The service lasted approximately the time I was told it would. My only negative comment is that you have to like car shows because that's what was playing on the television. Fortunately, I brought my iPad and could watch what I wanted to watch which made the time go more quickly. More

Todd Mills, my service advisor was also great as he gave me good, solid recommendations for my over Miller Toyota) Service Department is outstanding.
