Well after I left a review, I had a reply from the GM to email him regarding my experience to make things right and seems that comment was just for show. He has not replied back after 3 weeks. Poor customer service. Dealt with someone entire time and they had to leave early so we finished remaining process with someone else. The other sales person was not upfront about rates when asked before we went to finance signing so we had no clue what our interest rate options were. He was not knowledgeable about paperwork through signing process when asked simple questions. Gas card for dealership was also declined so we had to fill up my new car after spending x amount of money on a top Tier vehicle. Was also told they don’t use KBB for trade ins when they have several signs stating that they do when we took our trade in. Was not a good experience unfortunately. We have family that have been going to them for years. I doubt I will be returning as a customer after this experience. More
