They do not have enough service advisors available for checking cars in. They do not have enough people available to check people out. It's very frustrating. I had to leave my car overnight to find out what a check engine light was about (false alarm), but they had time to sell me 4 tires. I guess I don't feel that they are as trustworthy as the previous company. Perhaps once the construction is complete and they have enough employees, things will be smoother run. More

We have friends that have had to wait months to get their cars. We'd be happy to recommend Sandia Toyota to others and would recommend Adrian to work with. More

About 70 miles east of Albuquerque, out 2018 Camry began showing that the lane departure system, the collision avoidance system and the headlight system had failed. I called our local dealer, asking for advice about whether to proceed on our trip or not. The service department there suggested that I contact a dealer near our location, and check with them. I called Sandia Toyota in Albuquerque, and spoke with a service writer, who passed my contact information on to the service manager, Anthony West. Mr. West called me within 10 minutes, and I explained the issue to him. He suggested that we stop at the dealership, and have the systems diagnosed. We arrived at the dealership about 40 minutes later, and Mr. West met us at our car as soon as he knew we had arrived. He discussed what had occurred with my wife, who had been driving, and asked if we had driven through any dust or other debris. We remembered having been behind a truck hauling sand and gravel just before the system failure messages began. Mr. West immediately began to clean a sensor on the front of the car, explaining that if it had become coated with dust or dirt, it could cause the car's internal computer to think the systems had failed when they had not. Mr. West cleaned the sensor, and the system failure messages disappeared. Mr. West was very cordial, very understanding, and obviously knew what he was talking about. He was VERY helpful, even providing us with the name and location of two different Toyota dealerships further along on trip route. If I lived in or around Albuquerque, I would unhesitatingly use Sandia Toyota for all my vehicle maintenance! SUPER job, Anthony West! More
