Service Advisor said it would be ~90 mins after 135 minsI had to go back and find out what was going on from your service advisor and found out that they just started working on my car. That is poor customer service that service advisor need to understand what costumers service is. Second thing all of the sale force we’re helping them selfs to coffee and etc… while the customers watch the. Make coffee and eat the snacks. Including your sales manager I will not be back from for any thing from you dealership because of this lack of contact and communication inadequate follow through. More
when it was Larry H Miller they seemed to care more, now you get lied to and disrespected. I did everything they told me to do for over 6 months to be able to get into a truck. Then this happened The sale you get lied to and disrespected. I did everything they told me to do for over 6 months to be able to get into a truck. Then this happened The sales guy was great and nice. The finance team is disrespectful and does not seem to care when you were told you were approved by one finance team, sign papers, wait for the final finance part, and then get told, " Oh, we are sorry the banks are declining you. even wash and fill up the truck you were supposed to have been approved for. They need to get approval from the bank before they assume and tell you that you are approved and have you go through and sign all the papers and then you get all happy and excited and were even told to get insurance on the vehicle. too just then told oh we are sorry banks said no. I was actually told the night before that I was approved and made the appointment to show up at 9:30 am and didn't leave till after 1:00 pm as I thought I was getting a truck and just waiting for the final finance part to go over payments and sign. again then was just told oh we are sorry but the banks are declining you. Then when trying to explain things to the finance team and management on what I have been told to do when they were Larry H Miller and by other staff and I did everything I was told I was just also told oh we are sorry and was disrespected. Sandia Toyota isn't as organized as Larry H Miller was. Granted, they have a lot of construction going on, but they need to find a better way to get people checked in for service. They do not have enough s Granted, they have a lot of construction going on, but they need to find a better way to get people checked in for service. They do not have enough service advisors available for checking cars in. They do not have enough people available to check people out. It's very frustrating. I had to leave my car overnight to find out what a check engine light was about (false alarm), but they had time to sell me 4 tires. I guess I don't feel that they are as trustworthy as the previous company. Perhaps once the construction is complete and they have enough employees, things will be smoother run. More
