Salesman was friendly and mostly not pushy. However, once the buying decision had been made, the finance manager that I sat in the office with, was less than pleased. After waiting for a prolo However, once the buying decision had been made, the finance manager that I sat in the office with, was less than pleased. After waiting for a prolonged amount of time, my salesman approached me and asked if I had been spoken to anyone in finance yet. To which I stated, no. He quickly went into the office where I would sign my paperwork. A man later appeared and had a look about him as if I had caused a huge inconvenience. The man did not appear to enjoy his job, have any such people skills, nor did he have any type of conversation skills. The man barely spoke to me. Except to tell me I had signed the wrong area. I attempted to bring up a change of address, however, it fell upon deaf ears. I understand I’m not going to a dealership to make a life long friend. It is however still a business. It was at that point I felt that I was just another signature and a paycheck. More
