Nice sales person but we had to wait over 3 hours to buy my leased car. Then they forgot to inspect it so I had to bring my car back after 2 weeks of purchase. my leased car. Then they forgot to inspect it so I had to bring my car back after 2 weeks of purchase. More
Poor customer service. Dealt with someone entire time and they had to leave early so we finished remaining process with someone else. The other sales person was not upfront about rates when asked before we went to finance signing so we had no clue what our interest rate options were. He was not knowledgeable about paperwork through signing process when asked simple questions. Gas card for dealership was also declined so we had to fill up my new car after spending x amount of money on a top Tier vehicle. Was also told they don’t use KBB for trade ins when they have several signs stating that they do when we took our trade in. Was not a good experience unfortunately. We have family that have been going to them for years. I doubt I will be returning as a customer after this experience. More

This place is the WORST! ! Several Issues.... 1st, The finance manager I worked with was condescending belittles you if you chose not to purchase the warranty with the vehic ! Several Issues.... 1st, The finance manager I worked with was condescending belittles you if you chose not to purchase the warranty with the vehicle and does not tell you that the GAP insurance you buy is not from the bank you are financing from but the one the dealer offers which is 255.00 more than the financial bank who assumes your loan. (didn't tell me who the financial company was till three days later and I had to call and ask because the bank he told me was wrong) You don't walk out with any paperwork. I had to call a week later and ask for my paperwork to be emailed to me. 2nd When driving off the lot I parked and looked for the owners manual to set the Bluetooth, The manual was in the Jeep when I test drove it and when they took it to the back for detailing it was stolen. The manager stated it was probably tossed out but from the time I drove off to the 7 minutes later I called I don't see how it would not still be in the trash and why would they toss an owners manual for any vehicle. I was also called back to the dealership because after waiting a month and a half they still had not received my plate. I had to go back and take the Jeep to get emissions so they could proceed with the MVD. 3rd The vehicle I purchased had a leak around the oil reservoir and when I brought it up to the shop manager he stated they will fix a leak but that there is a difference from Seepage and leakage. Me being a idiot went on and believed nothing was wrong with the vehicle. After my check engine light came on 2 months after my purchase I took the vehicle to a shop and let them know what the service manager said and they laughed at me for being gullible. I had to fix the oil pressure sensor and fix the oil leak and $1500 later the check engine light pops back on. The dealer did purchase the Jeep back but gave me no credit for the money I put into the Jeep and was told i fixed it by choice and it was something I wanted to do and they will only give me what I paid for it. NO tax No title or any fees. I am screwed out of 4k. 4th. If you have see Matilda 1996 version then you know who Danny DeVito character plays. That is this whole dealership. They are all slime ball sales persons...All in all this was the worst buying experience I have ever had! I should have listened to the people who were advising me to not go there. At this point I will never buy a vehicle in NM and will travel as I have done before to AZ or NV. Everyone is nice when they want your money..... This place is TRASH!!!! More
I went to their dealership knowing what car I wanted, but it was hard to come by. With help from Junior and Brendan they not only helped me get the car but even found a model that was a better fit than I ori it was hard to come by. With help from Junior and Brendan they not only helped me get the car but even found a model that was a better fit than I originally wanted. So instead of waiting a couple months for the car I ordered, they found me one in about a week and it was less expensive than what I ordered. Im super happy with it. I also have to give a shout out to the guy in finance who helped me. I think his name was Rodney. He walked me through everything and I felt really confident when everything was signed. I also have to commend everyone there for being patient while my kids were bouncing off the walls. It was honestly the best dealer experience I’ve ever had. More
