Tony had taken time to show us around a Highlander when we were in for service on out Avalon a month ago even though we made it known that we were not going to buy right now. We came to your dealership to buy because of the outstanding service we have received on our Avalon from Joe and Francisco in the service dept. We see the sales people when we buy, but we see the service dept. every 5,000 miles. Joe and Francisco have been surburb in providine our service to our Avalon and solving any problems we have had. I fell confident that if my wife came in for service alone that Joe and Francisco would see that she was treated fairly and professionaly. Joe and Francisco sold us on your dealership. The service department is so much customer oriented than it used to be. Customers are acknowledged within a minute or two after arrival. Attendants are courteous and efficient. Explanations regarding estimated wait time, possible necessary parts and labor, and estimated costs are provided up front. Service department personnel keep in touch with me as work progresses informing me of any unexpected findings. Since the beginning of this year, I can definitely see the improvements made in efforts by the dealership to ensure customer satisfaction and trust. I can truly say I will be a returning customer when the time comes to buy another vehicle. I can also feel confident about recommending this dealership to family and friends. I had many complaints about the service department last year and the year before. It is encouraging to think that someone pays attention when a customer is dissatisfied. Thank you to LHM Toyota and Service Advisor Joe Sanchez for excellent auto service. After getting my Tacoma serviced on Black Friday for an oil change I was informed that my brakes were now in the 'red', for excellent auto service. After getting my Tacoma serviced on Black Friday for an oil change I was informed that my brakes were now in the 'red', and needed to be replaced. LHM had been monitoring my brakes for the last three oil changes prior to the 11.25.11 visit. So I scheduled an appointment for 12.03.11 to have the brakes repaired. On 11.29.11 I received an email from LHM Toyota regarding service coupons and saw that there was a special on brake service, however, the coupon was expiring the next day, end of month. I mentioned this to my service advisor upon arriving for my brake appointment. Despite not having a copy of the expired coupon Mr. Sanchez was kind enough to take a percentage off the brake service for my Tacoma. I really appreciated that.
