Arrived for 8:45 a.m. apptmnt. for regular maintenance. Notified service tech of issue with transmission. Advised they would check it. At 9:00 am walked out to the visitor service area and didn't see my t Notified service tech of issue with transmission. Advised they would check it. At 9:00 am walked out to the visitor service area and didn't see my truck in the bay. I saw that it had been moved to the east lot. At approximately 9:30 I observed my truck in the same place on the east lot. (I thought maybe they were going to test drive it.) At 10:00 a.m. went out again and saw the truck had not been moved. I went to speak with Francisco. He had the paperwork on his desk, looked throught it and said, "I'll be right back" as he proceeded to the service bay. He said he got in touch with someone and they would take it in, he wanted the Transmission looked at first. I asked if they had at least completed the maintenance and he said no. Shortly thereafter, approximately 10:15 my truck was pulled in to the service bay and someone immediately began the process of changing the oil and rotating the tires. Someone dropped the ball and no one stepped up to take responsibility or to apologize for the delay. More

Had my windows tinted and sensors installed. I also had a LOF and asked for a car wash, which I believe was forgotten about until I picked it up.
