Alan greeted me with a friendly smile and was very thorough with the check in process. Upon entering the lot for some general maintenance on 2006 scion Xa there was a slight line for the bay already at 7:30 on a Saturday morning, once inside i was greeted by very friendly personal who took 2006 scion Xa there was a slight line for the bay already at 7:30 on a Saturday morning, once inside i was greeted by very friendly personal who took great care to get all the information they needed and to hear my concerns about my vehicle. i was directed to who would over seeing the repair and inspection of my vehicle personally by the gentleman who greeted me and was given very thoughtful and truthful statements about the time that it would take. i received a call not long after to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle. how bad it was, and how much i would be expecting to pay upon completion. i returned to a clean, repaired vehicle and was sent on my way. The customer service i received will be bringing me back for any concerns or problems that i face down the road because i know that my car will be well taken care of. very good job to all of your staff. As I said in the original survey, Ross was awesome. He never kept us waiting and he updated us on every aspect of the process. I had also stated that the facility was great. My only concern as I indicated in the other review was that my car was not washed as the ticket had indicated. It was still dirty and it still is.
