Francisco, my service advisor, was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. He even took me into the shop to meet the mechanic, Miguel, who was also very professional and explaine took the time to answer all of my questions. Francisco is the third service advisor I have worked with at your service department, only because I was not impressed enough with the first 2 advisors to request either of them again. Overall the service I recieved at Larry H Miller was good. Brandon Robinson the salesman was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I think I got a fair deal, which I am happy about. "Fuji" was very patient and helpful and did everything he could to help me. I am very analytical and do my homework with regard to pricing (MSRP/Inv "Fuji" was very patient and helpful and did everything he could to help me. I am very analytical and do my homework with regard to pricing (MSRP/Invoice/Holdback), so I get turned off very quickly to any salesmen who try to "BS" me. Fuji never tried that and I now consider him a friend. I went back by the dealer today to pick up a couple of accessories for my new Toyota, and ended up talking with Fuji for over half an hour. In the future, anytime I am at this dealership for maintenance, I'll likely seek out Fuji and Abraham just to say hi and chat for a few minutes. I've bought my last two vehicles at this dealership. I have found the people much easier to work with than at the other Toyota dealership in Albuquerque. My son drives a Scion I bought new at the other dealership nearly 7 years ago. Whenever he gets ready for a new Toyota or Scion, I'll send him over to see Fuji or Abraham. More
I give my overall service from the time I started looking at the car until I drove off the lot an A+. Abraham was so patient and kind it made my experience of buying a car wonderful.
