Francisco, my service advisor, was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. He even took me into the shop to meet the mechanic, Miguel, who was also very professional and explaine took the time to answer all of my questions. I think I got a fair deal, which I am happy about. "Fuji" was very patient and helpful and did everything he could to help me. Fuji never tried that and I now consider him a friend. I went back by the dealer today to pick up a couple of accessories for my new Toyota, and ended up talking with Fuji for over half an hour. In the future, anytime I am at this dealership for maintenance, I'll likely seek out Fuji and Abraham just to say hi and chat for a few minutes. I've bought my last two vehicles at this dealership. I have found the people much easier to work with than at the other Toyota dealership in Albuquerque. My son drives a Scion I bought new at the other dealership nearly 7 years ago. Whenever he gets ready for a new Toyota or Scion, I'll send him over to see Fuji or Abraham. More
