Had a good experience even if it took abit longer due to the lease trade in issue. It would have been nice to have some water since I was there for 7 hours and not just popcorn. I recently had a tradegy in my life that causes me to have good days and bad days. Unfortunately the day of my appointment was a rough day for me. I traded in my car that had some interior light bulbs my son, who is now deceased, put in for me last Christmas. John went out and removed the bulbs and put them in my new car for me. I first met Todd Mills when I brought my new 2008 RAV 4 in for its first service visit. From the start, Todd made me feel like I was getting serviced by a neighborhood dealership not a big name brand deal in for its first service visit. He has always been very attentive to my concerns and always has suggestions to alleviate them. I can call him and ask him anything about my car (I am single and he is the one I trust with my car). From day one he has treated me as if I were the most important customer at Toyota. I will continue to service my car at Toyota because of Todd. Needless to say, I would follow him to another dealership so hold onto that one. He is a real gem and a keeper. Customer Service extraordinaire! More

In my experience through 3 car purchases at the dealership in the past six years, LHM Toyota Albuquerque does not start with unreasonably high prices on their new cars or outrageously low prices on trades---they have been reasonable and good to work with from the get-go. I have also used the dealership for regular maintenance, including oil changes and tire rotations, and they are timely in doing the work and competitive on prices. All around, I'm pleased. More

Very good service. I liked the fact that I got a service appointment the very same day I called in. The water pump went bad and was replaced right away. No wait...now that is great service!
