The experience was still the same as my first time which was excellent! I just figured since they both had the same brand and name that the experience would be the same. They disrespected me, lied to me, and wasted my time. I remembered that I knew Richard Jiron from college (many years ago!) and although I've always been a Ford/Chevy girl I thought, why not, and gave him a call. We went to see him the next day and I left a few hours later in a new RAV4. He took me on a tour of the store which immediately put me at ease. I was impressed at the friendliness of everyone we encountered. He really listened to everything I had to say, and took note of everything I was looking for in a vehicle, without pressuring me. When I called for the appointment, it was great that they recognized my cell number and started addressing me by name immediately. Making the appointment was easy. On the appointed day, they saw to me immediately and finished the car before the promised time. The waiting room offers good coffee and other drinks, a working TV and nearby bathrooms. A positive note for the dealership is that they border a bike lane so I took advantage of that and will gladly return to this dealership because of their excellent service but also the fact that I can get in safe exercise while waiting.
