Ross, thanks for your support. Your screw driver was inadvertantly left in my car. I will return it when I get back in town. The truck rode nice all the way to El Vado. I would appear that I will get a inadvertantly left in my car. I will return it when I get back in town. The truck rode nice all the way to El Vado. I would appear that I will get a little better gas milage with the automatic than with the '06 stick. Toyota still needs to offer heated seats for our cold climate as I told them in '06. Should be able to use a thin sheet of aluminum above the springs to distribute the heat. As much as I hate negotiations, I was initially disappointed in the initial value assessment for my '06 truck. I was pleased that the value was somewhat recognized (per Kelly evaluation)but even more pleased that you all accepted the running boards. Thanks again and I appreciate your "can do" attitude and positive support. - George Trever More
The salesman who assisted me was very cordial. He was very knowledgeable about the car I bought. He thoroughly explained all the function of the dashboard and vehicle in general. Well...Basically I knew what I wanted and the salesperson did NOT try and talk me out of it, which was a big relief. I don't need a bunch of extra's and didn't want to pay for them and Pete figured that out did NOT try and talk me out of it, which was a big relief. I don't need a bunch of extra's and didn't want to pay for them and Pete figured that out very early on. I purchased a RAV-4, but was also looking into a CRV, the reason I didn't go with the CRV is depreciation. I was not familiar with the depreciation rates of the RAV-4 vs. the CRV, but when I found out (thanks to Pete), I decided to purchase a RAV-4. More

Went in for an oil change and recall notice on side sensor for air bag. Both were taken care of and got a car wash too! Francisco Reza was great and let me know progress when they started sensor replac sensor for air bag. Both were taken care of and got a car wash too! Francisco Reza was great and let me know progress when they started sensor replacement. About 1 year ago, I bought a "deal" of 3 oil changes but it had a time limit of 1 yr. Basicly paid the ~$75, but due to retirement I don't drive as much, in the year I was only able to use 2 of the oil changes. Now the service department offers ~$25 oil change without a time limit. No contest as to which is the better "deal" for me! I own a 2007 Rav 4 with only 26.4 K miles. On all previous cars I have owned I got oil changes at 3-3.5K. My latest clocked in at ~3 K miles and was due in Nov 2011. Doubt I will ever buy your oil "deal" again! I will also have to think about any other "offers" if time limits are part of the deal. Just don't feel I will get my dollar value. Also with adds from other place I can shop for my kind of DEAL. More
It has always been my experience that from the person who first answers the phone,to the fellow who greets me in the entry line, to the technician I'm assigned to,I have been greeted with a smile (even in th first answers the phone,to the fellow who greets me in the entry line, to the technician I'm assigned to,I have been greeted with a smile (even in the voice of the person who answers the phone). For me, eye contact, seemingly sincere interest in the questions I may have about my '05 Prius, as well as the requests for types of service goes a long way in inspiring confidence in any organization I deal with.I find all of these qualities with every visit to LHM Toyota, Albuquerque. Though I could probably get routine service (oil changes, brake inspections, etc)closer to home and possibly for a little less cost,I prefer to 'go the distance' for the thorough and timely service I get at LHM Toyota, Albuquerque. Many thanks for the opportunity to express my confidence in you. Josie Bunch More
