They disrespected me, lied to me, and wasted my time. I remembered that I knew Richard Jiron from college (many years ago!) and although I've always been a Ford/Chevy girl I thought, why not, and gave him a call. We went to see him the next day and I left a few hours later in a new RAV4. He took me on a tour of the store which immediately put me at ease.
